Briefing Session on the 5th Hong Kong Call Centre Awards & 1st Regional Call Centre Award (Hong Kong/Malaysia/Singapore)

   

The briefing session aims at providing an overview of the programme, the Awards categories, the assessment criteria and the application procedures to the prospective applicants to the Awards 2004.

Call Centre Visit

31 July 2004 (Saturday) - TNT Express Worldwide (HK) Ltd, the visit group is limited to 15 members.

27 August 2004 (Tuesday) - 1823 Citizen's East Link (Efficiency Unit, HKSAR Government), the visit group is limited to 25 members.

Beginning this month the Call Centre Association will organize regular site visits to leading call centres (winners of HKCCA Award 2003) in Hong Kong. The visits are organized exclusively for CCA Members and provide opportunities for mutual learning and networking.

 

This visit will last about two hours. The exact time and place of gathering will be notified once the arrangements have been confirmed with the host organization. The visit group is limited to 15-20 persons.

Seats are reserved on a first-come-first based, act now to secure a place.

Hong Kong's best call centres will go head to head against those of Malaysia and Singapore to establish on a regional level, the "Best of the Best" in the three corporate categories - Best New Call Centre, Best Call Centre - Below 50 seats and Best Call Centre - Above 50 seats.
