1. A call center site visit across the boarder to Guangzhou was organized on 27 June 03. PacificNet China Elite Call Centre (www.PacificNet.com) hosted the visit.
 
 
2. Annual Awards Announcement Briefing
 
The Awards briefing sessions were organised on 14 & 22 Jul 03 to provide an overview of the programme, background of the Awards, Award Categories, Judging Process and Criteria, Judging Panel, Application Procedures and Results Announcement to the prospective applicants to the Awards 2003.
