To encourage the participation of call centre practitioners and to provide better service to our members, the Hong Kong Call Centre Association will continue to offer 5 different categories of membership for the year 2008 including Corporate Membership, Corporate Membership for Small and Medium Call Centres, Corporate Membership for PRC, Vendor Membership and Individual Membership.

  HKCCA to act as supporting organization for events sponsored and organized by the vendor at time of their choosing

Individual Membership
(Annual fee of HK$800-)

The right of voting in CCA AGM (Corporate and Vendor Members vote through their Individual Membership bundling); and
